The Ritz-Carlton Beijing

The room service was excellent. The food quality and price was unbelievable. Big choice at breakfast. Watch out for the costs of the evening buffet as charged me for wine and beer I didn’t have.

Mr. Allen and Mr. Sky are a dream team! They made sure my stay was incredible. By far the best hotel management I’ve experienced. I’ll be back!

The staff

The place is really good and some of staff were very kind and nice, however they have amazing facilities and the place is located in a very nice and convenient zone. The room was spacey and really good. The spa services are really good and I liked that the pool and gym were open until late
